      Pros

      Work life balance when I first started was good. They were open to working with your schedule as long as you saw the minimum amount of children to remain full time.

      Cons

      Constant turn over. Poor leadership and communication. They were never able to provide a full caseload and I worked there 4 years.

      Your fellow engineers are smart and experienced

      Cons

      Nobody in business leadership has any idea what they're doing and exist in a state of constant panic that losing just one customer would doom the company. I worked there less than a year and had three CEOs.
