      Great Company to Work For

      Pros

      -Lots of independence -Travel to many clients, good networking opportunities -Friendly and Helpful Co-workers -Great bonus structure, extra bonuses for certifications -Clearly defined goals for promotion -CEO is friendly and available to hear concerns of any employee -Opportunities to work with many different technologies -Fully transparent financials and company goals

      Cons

      Any cons would just be the same as any other consulting job. Some people may not like the traveling required in some of the positions. Have to fill out billing slips to bill clients. Sometimes have to deal with irritable clients (inevitable in IT). Some after hours work required.

      Pros

      - Chance to join a sharp team with lots of combined knowledge. Everyone is nice and approachable. - Get to work with lots of different technologies as you work with many different clients. - Bob Hood is a very friendly CEO and is always willing to help with any technical questions. - Get to travel to some cool sites in San Diego. - Company makes every effort to help you achieve new certifications. - Good monthly/yearly bonus structure.

      Pros

      Phenomenal friendly work environment, with an extremely knowledgeable staff who all help each other to grow and learn professionally in the IT industry. They offer training for certifications, and bonuses when you achieve certifications. The CEO is a friendly, ethical, highly skilled, and extremely hardworking guy, who never fails to take time out of his busy schedule to work through technical projects with his staff.

      Cons

      This is a fast paced billable consulting environment, a lot of people prefer it over an internal enterprise position, but face it; consulting is not for everyone. That said, if you think you can cut it in the Managed Service Provider industry, then SpotLink is one of the best in class.
