Somewhat learning is there however this avoid joining the organisation.

Everything. There is little I can elaborate upon, since the entire company is a big fail. The management has no clue what to do.

I never saw such wrost management in my life, they'll treat u as a slave, they'll bring man power from nepal normally,, they'll not pay proper salary no other extra benifit,,rather than working such organisations it's better to sleep in our house itself,,
Cons
If business doesn't happen then look for alternative path and innovative ideas rather than sacking employees blood,,
