It is a challenging, fast-paced environment that provides opportunities to work across disciplines toward a common goal, which is pretty cool. The atmosphere is interactive and supportive.

      SproutsIO is a fast growing company developing groundbreaking indoor growing technology. The multi-disciplinary, open environment encourages continuous learning and active participation in every facet of the company. Weekly team lunches allow us to get together and enjoy a home-cooked meal prepared using fresh produce grown in our research lab. Never a dull moment!

      A fascinating product with poor leadership

      Interesting product. There a start-up, so there's an ability to impact the product.

      Cons

      Terrible management with very poor leadership skills. No real team-leading or building. Impossible deadlines. At times an overly stressful and nearly hostile work environment. Management comes off as really litigious and doesn't communicate well.
