Pros

Not many. There are some great individuals working there who are open to collaboration. Some great benefits such as unlimited holidays and work from anywhere - but they don’t make up for the many many negatives.

Cons

Too many to list. Product is a monolith trying to be sold as composable. Leadership is muddled at best, toxic at worst. Targets are unrealistic with no one achieving any commissions.

Pros

- Amazing, diverse culture where everyone believes in the vision as Spryker is a true pioneer in E-Commerce - Perks & Benefits are fantastic, office setup costs, MacBook, etc - Start-up culture, flexible and accommodating to new processes and ideas especially with sales - Flexible balance of work/family life. One of the best things available for all staff is the FLOW structure where you can work-from-anywhere in the world, they sort everything for you.

Cons

None that I can think of, It's exciting which is not for the faint hearted. ;)
