Great remote work. A lot of people work with the BBC and the contracts are very good. Very relaxed atmosphere but also the processes in place are very good. It's probably the best job I've ever had!

Cons

The nature of the contracts are strange - you are employed by Spyrosoft who in turn contract your work out of the BBC. So it's almost a bit of an identity crisis!
