Pros
I have been with the company for a year and work with the founder remotely and the rest of the team in the London office. We now have a team of only senior specialists which has really helped as i have been told we are not hiring any junior roles or not so experienced staff anymore this has made a huge impact to results. I have had a really great experience here we are working on lots of exciting collabs and i have been able to develop my skills hugely whilst on the role i would recommend working for Oceanus for sure.
Cons
Fast paced and need to be adaptable to change.
