stressful and required overtime on daily basis no work life balance

no work life balance. they will ask you to work overtime regularly. if you want to learn a new tool for office work you are not allowed to learn in office. you have to put extra time to learn new tool. if you take a short break they will ask you to compensate those 5 min also. if you ask for help from seniors your image will transform into negative one. if you are new to any tool it is your responsibility to work 24/7 and grab that tool in just a month because they will expect from you to deliver the project in three months.

HR watches K-Drama entire day sneakly so that she didn't caught in the camera. She is sleepy almost all the time. Taking selfies is the only thing she knows.

Pros

Company polished my skills, i joined as an Intern and now working as Data Analyst. I have learnt a lot during my journey with Squarera. I was interned at stipend 15k, but after successful trainee completion company increase my salary greater than my expectations. They provided me a growth plan and helped me in growing my skills. Seniors are extremely helpful.

Cons

Sometimes due to complexity of task we have to do extended hours, which is the nature of business i believe.
