      Challenging Students.. mixture of different abilities from varying backgrounds - behaviour as expected.

      Cons

      Headteacher lacks personable skills. Policies not followed. If your face fits you’ll be ok. High turnover, low staff morale.

      It is expensive: In most cases, keeping students in school is an expensive affair, especially in instances where the parents have to foot the bill. This causes a financial strain on the parents.
