I have been working at Stack Builders for 5 years, and I have to say that the company culture here is truly exceptional. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported by my colleagues and managers. Everyone is always willing to help and offer guidance when needed. What I appreciate most about the company culture is the emphasis on work-life balance. The management team recognizes the importance of taking time to recharge and refocus, and they encourage employees to do so. Additionally, there are a variety of fun team-building activities and events throughout the year that bring everyone together and foster a sense of community.
Cons
I don't have any red flag to mention. The company is very open to change and receive feedback in case something goes wrong.
