      Pros

      VP of engineering is really knowledgeable and helpful. He understands the need for the company as well as leading the engineers to success. The moral within the company is to produce as much as you can in order to meet months end. It might be difficult if you are not experienced or able to pick up real fast with the projects.

      Cons

      Everyone works hard to make sure months quotes are met. This environment is not so good if you're an entry level engineer.
