Pros

You can run the opposite direction now. Snacks and free k cups coffee.

Cons

Disorganized, nontransparent, no benefits, you're overworked and under-compensated. The CEO and leadership do nothing but boss everyone around. You'll get fired if you speak up. No work-life balance.

Pros

Health insurance. Stock options. That's about it.

Cons

Disorganized mess even for a retail company. As other reviews state there is nothing resembling strategy or direction. It is just a bunch of people running in circles. Multiple people work on the same things in different departments all the time. Operational disaster is an understatement. Nobody has a clue how much inventory is in stock at any time. You will hear "we are a startup" repeated as a mantra. However the company has been around a few years and is owned by a large parent company. The solution to everything seems to be to hire more people and have these new people report into the same people who made the mess in the first place. This happens again and again. The two non-founder executives are always on warpaths with each other and throwing each others teams under the bus instead of cleaning up their own problems. This is a big reason why there are so many issues. Unprofessional atmosphere. People vape on calls, vape in front of each other, roll their other eyes at each other, gossip constantly. This occurs at all levels too. Imagine trying to build a career or have a conversation with a boss who vapes during a 1 on 1 meeting. I assume if you are reading this you are considering a job. I wouldn't waste my time here. Even if you love the product Stadium Goods is the clear #3 or even #4 in the market.
