      Pros

      The managers are cool to get along with. They will promise you everything that you want to hear.

      Cons

      No loyalty to employees. Very high turn over rate. Under staffed and trained. Commissioned posted are worked by non commissioned Officers for less pay. And seek job advancements on your own.
