Pros

-Welcoming team -Supportive c-suite and team overall -Remote working environment allows for flexibility / comfort in daily worklife -Lots of room for professional growth -Professional coaching perk supports career / professional development -All benefits are offered - medical, dental, vision + physical health (Peloton subscription bonus) -Unlimited time off - Supportive of family engagements / time off needed for parents (sick kids, doctor appoointments) -Company hosted events like happy hours and murder mystery game nights makes it a fun place to work that cares about building company culture

Cons

In 10+ years of working domestically and abroad (England), I've never worked somewhere quite like Statusphere. I feel happy to go to work everyday, I have a great team, the business is part of a tech movement in the influencer space that is exciting -- it's a win for anyone looking for an employer where they can progress and really feel the wins as the business develops.

Pros

Remote work, flexible hours, unlimited PTO,

Cons

No clear direction for the company, startup culture, CEO is very opinionated and attached to the company so there's not much freedom to bring new ideas to the table, hiring too fast instead of encouraging internal growth, not much professional development, disorganized, chaotic, massive company lay-off eliminated a whole department, cliquey, low paying

Pros

Remote job with work life balance.

Cons

Management has no management background and no education. Giving you feedback in a job they have never done. Veteran employees can work their way up quickly but new employees are expected to go through the "proper channels". Communication is terrible from direct management . Pay is the lowest in the industry. Sales targets are impossible to achieve and they move the goal post every time you do achieve your goals.

On behalf of ourselves and our entire leadership team here at Statusphere, thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We are deeply sorry to hear that you had anything less than a stellar experience working here. We have taken your feedback into account as we continue to build an amazing place to work. Here are some of the steps we have taken since your time with us: - Conducted holistic Check-ins with our entire Sales Development team to create a two-way dialogue and receive candid feedback on their experience & hear how we can improve. - Created clear, equitable, and transparent career and compensation progression charts that are based on industry standards, specific goals & core competencies. - Providing our entire team (across all levels) the tools and training they need to be successful leaders and strong communicators through our Gallaher Edge Communication resources & Marlow professional development coaching. - Finalized core values that we expect team members to uphold at all times. We thank you for the time you invested with us and wish you all the best in your future career endeavors. Please know that you are welcome to reach out to us if you have any further feedback for us to consider or actions to take as we build a great place to work.
