Pros
Nothing! They use good marketing to get you in the door, and will get rid of you without a second thought.
Cons
Partners look down their nose at you. Support staff and not worthy here, you are second class citizens in their eyes. The person running the show here doesn’t like anyone, which is kind of an issue! They employ people and usually get rid within a few months, unless your a solicitor of course, then you are one of them. The long term employees are mostly very nasty and gossip about anyone new joining, usually because they are threatened by anyone who may actually do their job better! They get through so many staff it’s embarrassing, but they try to keep this hush hush and make out they are the best firm in Bournemouth :)
