      Nice amount of innovation. Generally easy to work with different departments. Nice pace of work that keeps performance up but is also pretty laid back

      Hard to get feedback from some departments early enough in the design process

      Work life balance can be good if you don't allow them to overwork you.

      Cons

      The better you do the more you get to do. If you don't put your foot down you'll become the workhorse of the company with little to no recognition.
