      Great company culture, needs better training

      Pros

      The people I worked with were some of the nicest and best people I ever met Pay and benefits were great Yearly trip to Buenos Aires for the whole company Start-up culture, you could literally slack the CEO if you wanted to and he’d respond Company culture in general was fantastic

      Cons

      Rapid changes (as are typical at start-ups) Not an exciting product to sell Need better training on the market for SDRs, they did not train well on the products their product integrated with making conversations with prospects fraught No real room for growth- no clear career pathing

      I genuinely enjoy all the people I get to work with on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Email is hardly an exciting field to work in and martech in general has its challenges.
