      Pros

      Highly autonomous company with a team all working remotely. Hugely supportive team that are experienced, super-bright and yet low on ego and negative vibes. Positive culture that empowers you to act independently whist supported by a warm and welcoming team; and supports a work/life balance.

      Cons

      The culture of the company is perfect if you like autonomous / asynchronous working, its not the right culture if you like to be micromanaged, crave water-cooler moments with the team, or needed to be hand held.

      * You get to work with interesting, talented and often entertaining people * The company's mission is admirable (teach the world how to present data). I saw many people have their careers positively impacted by the training that we delivered * Results driven work environment - no one is watching the clock here * Virtual work 'anywhere' environment. I was able to become a digital nomad while working for StoryIQ * Annual get togethers are held in beautiful locations

      Cons

      * You will have colleagues in lots of different time zones. So finding times to meet during your regular working hours can sometimes be a challenge. * Completely virtual workplace means that sometimes there is less of a 'team' feel * Can get busy during peak training months

      Pros

      -Great company with excellent work-life balance and culture. -Work from home, travel (after covid), lots of autonomy to do what you do best. -Love the culture, management is extremely supportive and all employees are very accommodating and willing to help. -Get to work with the best and brightest from all over the globe.
