      Great work-life balance. But that’s as far as it goes

      Cons

      Storyblok has a handful of great people, great culture and great tech. They have exciting and ambitious goals. However, that’s as far as it goes. Unfortunately, if your face doesn’t fit and you don’t play the game they will find a way to manage you out the business. They have no clear pathway to help enable their sales team and when the going gets tough the support aspect is redundant. They would rather just manage you out the business rather than trying to find out why performance has dropped and how they can support you. One bad month and you are out. (But only if your face doesn’t fit) if it does fit, performance doesn’t matter. Ultimately if you want good flexibility, a few good people and good tech then Storyblok is a great company. But if you want support in growing your career and building your confidence then stay well clear.

      The product is well-suited for the market, and the colleagues are pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      The absence of promising leads and the failure of marketing events to produce any viable pipeline ultimately resulted in my termination.

      Since I joined Storyblok, I wake up motivated everyday because I know that I'll have a lot of fun and nice chats during my working hours. It’s the kind of workplace where you feel welcomed and encouraged to do your best. "Dream jobs" really exist and I found mine :) My fav “perks”: - 100% remote (no fake "hybrid" envoirement). - I can (literaly) work from anywhere in world (no limits at all) - flexible/async work, I can make my own hours, which helps a lot to maintain a good work-personal life balance. - diversity is their second name! I work with a super diverse group of people. (from 42 countries!) and our differences are considered and respected. - we have flat hierarchies and transparent communication. - my opinion and suggestions count! I feel that I’m not just a number in their payroll

      I don’t have cons from my experience at Storyblok so far.
