Bad pay & Strada keeps making changes that have ruined the job

Managers who do not care about the slack and the safety of the people who work there . Management DOESN'T deal with employees conserns or complaints of potentially unsafe tires on the trucks or the improper LOADING of the truck which in my opinion is possibly dangerous to Driver and others on the road.. and when you're ignored and become out spoken about the issue s they'll get rid of you . overtime is hardly ever paid out right.when your bolt says you worked 51hours they have no problem only paying you for 48 .or when you're clocked out for the week and expect to be paid for like 73 hours because you cover a coworker on vacation.and you get paid for 49 hours.and you have to beg for them to fix it for weeks and then you still don't get it all your expected to just let it go when they are recruiting for workers u think you're hiring on at 1 amount and you get your check ONLY to find out its 2 Dollars less than what were negotiated.
