      Decent benefits; Ocean View; Convenient Location (2 minutes walk to third street from the Pier); some good people to work with.

      Cons

      Tough environment, everyone is overstretched and angry. Stress can become explosive. The Managing Director seems to be the source of everyone's stress. No restriction to conduct for shareholders...materialistic environment.
