      Pros

      Great place for students to learn about policy while strengthen their writing skills. You become your own boss and have a lot of say over the projects. The majority of students working there not only like it, but love it! The mission of Strata really is to help give future leaders experience and opportunity.

      Cons

      Student-focused (pro!) but you have to graduate sometime!

      Pros

      Flexible schedule with the ability to work remotely. Huge opportunities to learn and grow while producing meaningful research. Management is genuine and cares about students and they try to help you advance your professional career.

      Cons

      Not a career. Student positions are meant to be for students only so don't get too comfortable and try to make career.
