Project Engineers are responsible for facilitating every aspect of work from pre-sale to completion of an order. Given the level of involvement in day to day operations of the company, compensation is embarrassing. Wages are not competitive at all. Management asks project engineers to pick up the slack for under performing sales team, all the while sales is collecting commission. Raises are abysmal and untimely (1.5 years per raise). No clear path for promotions in the position. Little to no mobility available. Middle management is available to air grievances but you rarely see results. Overall SDM does not do enough to try to retain their talent. Since i started working here I have seen many talented employees jump ship for better paying companies.

End of 2020: Company is currently restructuring/reorganizing and it's chaos right now. Feels like the company doesn't care about the employees/people at all. Huge layoff round in July 2020 and now people are leaving voluntarily left and right also. Demands and concerns are not being heard nor met, employees are all extremely unhappy here. Morale is terrible. Used to be a great company to work for, but would not recommend working here now.
