      - In the best possible way, working at Strava is much more than a job - Helping +90 million (and growing fast!) people find their personal best is a thrilling and fulfilling mission - People come first, always. Leadership talk the talk and walk the walk when it comes to balance and fairness. - A culture of humility , stemming from an incredibly humble founder/CEO

      Pros

      - People matter above everything else - The business is doing great, and will only do better from here - People can marry their passion for sport and activity with their job. Truly rare. - Strava cares deeply about building diverse teams

      Cons

      - Literally nothing to say here. Best 7.5 years of my career were spent at Strava.
