Working Environment:
Unfortunately, this company stands out as the worst I have ever faced. The work environment was toxic and demoralizing. There was a pervasive lack of professionalism and respect, with employees often treated as mere cogs in a machine. The management's communication style was condescending.
Poor Leadership:
The upper management showed little interest in the well-being of their employees. Decisions were often made without considering the impact on the workforce, leading to widespread frustration and demotivation.
Stubborn and Rude Behavior in IT department (MIS):
The IT department's stubbornness and rude behavior had a detrimental impact on productivity and employee morale. Throughout my time at the company, I found it increasingly challenging to work with the IT department due to their unwillingness to collaborate (but they act like they are willing to do :) and claim that they can do anything you want 🚀pinky pinky)
