Pros
This is a perfect place to work if you are the type of person who is not confined to his/her Job description. Here people tend to wear multiple hats. By this you end up learning a lot of Management listens(at times).
Cons
It's a start-up, So it is expected for it to be a cutthroat environment and only the best seem to survive. On this note don't throw away the baby with the bathwater... It might be cutthroat but there's zero politics just merits the bar might be a little bit too high for the faint-hearted.
