      Good collaborative work culture. Considerate management.

      Pros

      Great company with a fast paced but friendly and collaborative office culture. Management are considerate to staff, allowing me leave at short notice when necessary due to personal circumstances. Lots of investment in staff and equipment shows that growth is strong.

      Pros

      Team building events on a regular basis. Over average salary.

      Cons

      No progression path. No training given or offered. Lacking in management. Lack of communication between teams and staff in general. Issues brought up even at director level never resolved.
