Every single review here is 100% true except for the positive one which was written by someone from the company's management. I can provide millions of examples of how terrible this company is but it will be very hard to believe. And I wouldn't believe either if I wasn't there myself. My advise to everyone: don't even consider joining this company at any means. Unless you want to harm yourself and make yourself miserable and totally dependent on company's chairman. There is absolutely 0 chances for professional growth and career development and 0 appreciation no matter how hard you work.

I will call it as a civilian Jail, once you step in you will start applying for another job, deductions all around you in terms of monitory aspects, you sign contract for an x salary and I bet you will never get that exact amount by the end of month, oh sorry there is no end of the month, if you are lucky you will get it may be in 2nd or 3rd month the first salary, and than you become part of the culture and salary doesnt matter, you start working for free, until you woke up one day and founds no money to travel to office and for food and you beg and cry and you get a cheque. Yes this is how it is. Getting employment visa out of this company is a big achievement for any employee, the mentality of management is to check the person for a time period of 3 months with out visa which is obviously against rules, but employees start the job without knowing the fact that they are been played, if management identify they find a good slave and then they start processing visa docs etc. But be care full company will deduct visa fee from your first three salaries without letting you know in interview and final confirmation.
Cons
This company is a total disgrace to employees and to customers, product quality is the worst, so if some customer falls in trap and purchases the armored vehicles once, that customer will never want to purchase vehicles again, due to quality, miss management, late deliveries and what not. At 5 o clock you can see a jail break :) People want to run out of this company asap. Miss Commitment and Telling lie is passion of management. Last but not the least, once you put up resignation, first it is upto Guerman to accept or else, then there are hell of deductions so you must settle yourself first with So call HR dept. to identify your final settlement amount, then if by all means it is signed by every body in the management which will take at least 2 months, then they will give you a post date cheque or if you are lucky a cheque of the active day date. but this process takes whole month. People cannot join other companies without cancellation existing visa, thus ending up going to court and launching case. Competitors are also very active and they offer lawyers for free for such court cases.
