If you like small, intimate working environments (like 10 people and offices where everyone can been seen and everyone can be heard) then you'll love Strikepoint Media. Comes with all that is Laguna Beach - limited parking (like 5 parking spots for the whole company), nearby ocean, good but expensive restaurants and great weather. If you like working with and for younger people, Strikepoint will offer that too.
Cons
Young leadership across the board means a general lack of business maturity like how to run the business, how to grow the business and so on. There's a pretty strong sense of entitlement throughout the culture. Everyone thinks they are more important, more experienced, more valuable and smarter than they really are. Especially among the top 3-4 leaders. The issue is that it creates a false sense of collaboration. They don't really want your ideas, they want you to think it's your idea your running with but really, it's theirs. I think that's probably all caused by the lack of real business maturity.
