      Training is consistent, leadership are great and get involved. People care about doing well for themselves but also support and praise others for their achievements too. A lot of talented people to learn from and an environment that makes you want to push yourself.

      Cons

      It’s recruitment, things go wrong, the hours are long.

      Pros

      Joining Strive is not for the weak or uncommitted. The reality is, it's a difficult job that requires discipline, consistency and an insatiable desire to succeed. There can be long hours, there can be difficult moments to endure, and there can be times you feel like giving up. However, you will be surrounded by some of the best sales professionals in the country. You will learn and develop your sales skills exponentially and you will be in a position to earn 5 figure monthly pay checks, consistently. Strive has a rare culture that is not easy to replicate. You will be uplifted, encouraged and inspired. You will become a better young professional if you decide to join the Strive Ship, but being dialled into the mission is essential if you are to be successful here.

      Cons

      As with all elite-performing environments, personalities may clash. It is competitive, we all want to be the best. Again, if you can't handle the competition, Strive probably isn't for you.
