Pros

None, apart from having a supportive and respectable manager

Cons

My experience working at Strivemindz was extremely disappointing and mentally exhausting. The company lacks a professional work environment—employees frequently pass rude, cheap, and inappropriate comments, which are either ignored or normalized. There is no professional behavior from HR or management; genuine concerns raised by employees are dismissed rather than addressed. The working culture is unhealthy, with no scope for career growth or skill development. The quality of work is poor, yet employees are expected to work quietly without questioning processes, workload, or unfair practices. Salaries are delayed every month, often by 15 days or more, which creates constant financial stress. HR’s role felt more manipulative than supportive, they push employees to keep working but take no real action on complaints. On a personal level, I had an extremely unprofessional team lead who lacked knowledge, avoided responsibility, and offloaded most of the work onto me while contributing very little. Despite raising this issue multiple times, management chose to do nothing. This environment severely impacted my mental health, and I went through a very difficult phase during my tenure, which ultimately forced me to leave as soon as I could. I would not recommend this organization to anyone who values professionalism, growth, or well-being.

Pros

Sorry... I didn't have any PROS to mention here.

Cons

When I look back at my career, I have to say that Strivemindz has been the toughest workplace I've faced. My experience there didn't match what I expected, so I feel it's important to speak up. Despite some positive feedback from others, personally, I find it hard to recommend Strivemindz for a few reasons: 1. Misleading Information during Hiring: When I joined Strivemindz, HR told me about many different projects in various domains and a quick shift to working with Salesforce. However, talking to my colleagues revealed that Salesforce wasn't part of the plan at all. This difference between what they promised and what actually happened made me feel disappointed and concerned about how honest the hiring process was. 2. Notice Period and Pay Problems: Having a three-month notice period where they hold back your salary adds unnecessary financial pressure for anyone looking to leave. This policy doesn't help build a good relationship between employer and employee. 3. Unsupportive Workplace Atmosphere: The lack of teamwork and support at Strivemindz makes it a difficult place to work. They deduct salary for being just one minute late, and they don't seem interested in looking after their employees' well-being. These things all add up to a negative workplace culture. 4. Few Holidays and Work-Life Balance Issues: Strivemindz is quite strict about holidays and work-life balance. They don't give many holidays, and they don't seem to understand how important it is for people to have time off. They don't even give national holidays like Independence Day. 5. Problems with Pay and Getting Raises: The way Strivemindz pays people is confusing, with different categories and sometimes paying late. And they don't have a clear system for giving raises, so it's hard for people who work there to plan for their future. After a year, everyone expects a raise, but at Strivemindz, they make you wait another three months to see if they think you've done a good job. And even then, the raise isn't much. 6. WFH Conditions: Sometimes, employees at Strivemindz need to work from home because of medical issues or personal problems. When you ask for permission to work from home, they often say no at first. After discussing and negotiating, they may agree but then impose certain conditions: a. You can't work from home for more than 1 week. b. Even if you work only 4 hours or have no work assigned by management, you'll only get paid for half a day if you log those 4 hours. c. If there's no work for you on a day you work from home, it counts as leave. d. They might assume you're just enjoying yourself when you work from home. These conditions seem to apply mostly to employees who aren't on good terms with higher management. I've noticed that some managers can work from home for up to 10 days, for example during Navaratri fasts. I believe in providing constructive feedback to contribute to the improvement of any organization. My intention is not to discourage, but rather to shed light on areas where Strivemindz could potentially enhance its employee experience. Thank you for taking the time to consider my perspective. I hope that this feedback proves valuable in fostering a more positive and collaborative work environment at Strivemindz.
