      Salary was decent and good benefits...

      Until the house of cards crashed. Seth Bernstein pointed it towards a volcano and leapt off before anyone was able to look out the window.

      Stromberg was teamwork oriented and congenial, both intra- and inter-departmentally.

      Pros

      There was excellent communication within individual departments, as well as between the various departments. People were less interested in finger pointing and more interested in getting things done right. Our clients were our main focus, because they were the ones paying our salary.

      Cons

      Salary was OK, but could have been better, considering the quality of work expected and the amount of overtime worked.
