Pros

Great people to work with. Everyone is driven with the same goal of success for the company. Cultural difference between corporate and the branches, which isn't a bad thing. Various business units are more aligned since the rebrand. Highly recommended. Friday afternoons off was a huge bonus.

Cons

Options to progress were limited but that could have been my particular position.

They bring in many people that have to relocate and in doing so end up paying for them to live and work in the city. Plenty of competent people in our own city, could save some money.

Super micro managed work environment, the manager always looks for next victim to fire, no matter how hard working you are. breathless work and stressed work environment drive you to death, very toxic environment. Step away.
