Pros

Great pay, shoe allowance and uniform

Cons

This is one of the most toxic professional environments I have had the pleasure to work in. The changes that started coming into play with Tapestry taking over and the growing business, meant the inadequate leadership team were not prepared. Whilst trying to align the business they just were knee deep in their own issues and targeted certain employees to cover their own mistakes. We regularly had to provide useless reports just so they could show the head office they were being proactive about the dying business. These senior people managed to get by in a family run environment but with the new corporate-ness in play, they didn’t have the skills nor the mentality. You could be flavour of the month and then be spoken about amongst other managers in the most unprofessional way. The negativity that was breeding in senior/Director level was astonishing, and it will only be a matter of time before they are slapped with tribunals. HR was the worst I had seen. The lack of professional was shocking.

Pros

There is not Pro in this company!!! Very unorganised place Very poor environment ! Too much gossip around between staff and high management

Cons

Late pay every month, Work environment aggressive and no career progression Only way to progress to is be double face and willing to stab your colleagues in the back. Very unorganised with no communication across board Customer complaints due to no internet connection in store thus we can't take payments but high management keeps ignoring this.

Pros

My time at Stuart Weitzman from 2019 to 2021 was truly amazing. The entire team was incredibly helpful and professional, fostering a collaborative environment where I felt valued. I had the opportunity to learn and grow, thanks to the company's commitment to personal development and innovative thinking. The experience was not only rewarding but also enriched my skill set and outlook in remarkable ways.

Cons

Not an amazing salary, comission is 1% to 3% if store reach plan of your monthly sales.
