Small company working in 2bhk. Owner Operates from dubai, complete fake company. Hires candidate with a vision of 30 days to get a temporary task done. High micro management. They expect you to work 8 hours without break. Even lunch is supposed to be completed in 15 mins sitting on desk. No fix date of salary payout. Between 10 to 15 of every month. They provide a very attractive incentives structure but do not pay any. No new hire completes 45 days in the company. If he resigns he is terminated on the spot with no payout. They have 95 % employees terminated no resignations. Avoid such fake small companies. I wish government authority to raid this company and close it down to avoid any big disaster occurs with inocent candidate looking for serious career and job. I wish ALLAH punishes the owner and his supporting family few company members in Douzak (HELL) for their deeds. Avoid such fake company who are in search of taking your dis advantage for their living.

It is been run by an idiot named moiz and his wife rasheeda. Addition to this there are bunch of more idiot name arun, abhilasha,vikrant and many more. The company strength is only 5 people and no one last in the organization more than 30 days. Moiz and rasheeda does not have manner and ethicates of talking. They treat the employees as their personal servants and fires them off as per their mood. Working here is like a punishment in hell. Inertnal politics is at the peek created by arun, vikrant and abhilasha in pune office. Same is the situation at indore office. If you don't care about your career ypu can join this organization.
