      Pros

      Great company to work for. CEO has a great philosophy for building the business whilst maintaining a great culture. Excellent collaboration between teams and customers. Benefits are in line with similar start ups, good potential for upside in bonus as the company grows. Fully remote workforce and flexible of location. Styra DAS is the market leader and leverages the Open Source agent which is used globally. In person company meetings, transparency of communications.

      Cons

      No downside so far, really positive experience.

      Pros

      The culture and people are fantastic. There is great work/life balance, genuine support and endless exciting projects to work on. I see great things for Styra in the future.

      Cons

      Nothing I can think of - it's really as great as it sounds.

      Pros

      Phenomenal team. Smart folks who work hard and execute with quality. Easy, generous collaboration among colleagues. Deep care and appreciation for our customers. A wonderful, remarkable lack of pretense and arrogance!

      Cons

      We have a lot of work ahead of us. (If you don't want to scale a mountain, don't join a high-growth startup.)
