From my experience, I haven't witnessed any immoral behavior in the company. Everyone has been kind and supportive towards me. There's a zero-tolerance policy for micromanagement and office politics.

Pros
Company allows learning many frameworks and new stuff. Seniors provide guidance all the time. Work atmosphere is good and motivating. No politics between teams, open communication easy.

1. I have recommended Successive for the Trainee Engineers (Freshers) but not for experienced persons (1-4 years of Exp.) or we can say who knows to play politics. 2. Office timings are also good. It is flexible and easy to manage in your personal and professional life.

Please remember the following points: 1. A senior employee is very adept at playing office politics, so please be careful as it could harm your career.🤨 2. Business unit heads are extremely busy and are only consulting senior employees, and making decisions without confirming with junior employees.🧐 3. If you join a small team in the company, you may become involved in office politics.😅 4. I did not receive my appraisal money, which was due in April. The reason given was that I was on a notice period in December.🙂 Solution - Buttering/flatter all the Senior employees then you will get a perfect performance, R&R, and, be safe from politics.🥲
