Awful culture with few benefits

Team was tight knit, actually enjoyed the work

Cons

Overpaid, uneducated, stroppy teenage recruitment consultants that view the office as it it is Love Island Bonuses given out to people who weren't following proper procedures Management never listened to advice from staff Drastic differences in pay scale and salary/bonuses juniors earning less than living wage while ''senior'' recruiters earning enough to cover a family comfortably Poor management in terms of HR, people being fired on the spot in front of everyone High staff turnover Culture of dishonesty... gossip... and nastiness

Management don’t care about staff, staff within have no understanding of implications of poor and unsafe care. Awful.
