      As the incredibly high employee turnover shows, Suisse Tech Partners has a terrible working culture and environment: - CEO and CTO treat their employees rudely, showing little appreciation for their work and often finding reasons to diminish them -micromanagement is the rule, employees are not considered trustworthy and are required to report in detail how they spend their time -the client is never right, it is always their fault if something unexpected happens

      Cons

      -Overworked, underpaid & underappreciated. -CEO & CTO are very unpleasant to work with &rude to staff. -Zero autonomy and micromanagement of every activity you do, no matter how inconsequential it is. -Awful work environment and dirty work culture. -High staff turnover, resulting in the company never having enough staff. -No semblance of business, work & development processes, everything is done ad-hoc or when people in charge feel like it / are pressured by clients

      Bad Bad Bad - Worst 6 months of my professional life

      Not alot to say here, actuall nothing to say

      Cons

      The founder was aggressive towards staff and the platform is buggy. I was only there for 6 months and it was a terrible place to work. There is a reason the interview process is super quick is because people leave just as quick as they start.
