Coming in to work at SuitePad everyday, to me, means coming in to a friendly, multi-cultural and vibrant environment where I feel supported, seen, heard and encouraged to constantly grow and better myself.
There is a clear and open channel of communication all the way from the HR and Office Management departments to the middle management and Managing Directors. Everyone is willing to take the time to check in, listen and support the team.
Weekly check-ins, trainings and company meetings as well as monthly company breakfasts and frequent team building events add to the already stimulating work environment.
All of this added to the diligent work that we do, as we strive to be the number one partners in helping hoteliers engage their guests in a digital world, could only result in a professional, motivating, family-like work environment.
Cons
As we enter new markets, we are constantly learning, recalculating and adjusting our course. This requires flexibility and an ability to easily adapt to an organic work flow process, new responsibilities and challenges.
