Pros

Cant think of one pro-except the paychecks!

Cons

Ask HR about the turnover/retention rate. You will get fired if you stand up for yourself. The management in the shrinking Chicago office is a big problem. They are worthless and almost every decision they made is wrong. Current CEO is running the company into the ground.

Pros

The only pros are some of the co-workers are nice.

Cons

Over worked, nobody knows who's in charge of what and no formal processes in place! You never feel like anything gets accomplished because of the confusion. It's horrible, chaos, unprofessional and disorganized. Don't work here unless you have NO OTHER options. Everyone is doing the job of 3 people and receiving the pay of 1.

Pros

The pay is average for the area and the non-management employees are easy to work with, but many are too scared about loosing their job to really make a real change in the company.

Cons

The leadership makes reactive decisions to their previous bad decisions and are not forward thinking. They are only interested in turning the company into an IPO as soon as possible, without concern to the employees or long-term company health. One reviewer rated this company as five stars. That rating is an obvious attempt by an HR person or executive in the company that wants to skew the ratings. That type of behavior is exactly what you can expect from the company. If you leave because of their low ethics and bad management practices, they will manipulate it and say that you were not creative enough or you cannot handle this "Fast Paced" environment.
