They will literally say anything to you to get you to sign the contract and to quit your current job. I recently quit my position at Intel for a better opportunity that was going to be a step up in my career. I was told I would get the job with a promise as soon as I signed the offer letter and contract. It turns out the contract that I signed was terminated/expired on my start date two days later. The worst part of all is that they never even told me. I received a work laptop and proceeded to sit at home for over a week waiting to start my new position. Trustung in Sumeru was the worst decision I've made this entire year. They did have the professionalism to tell me anything about the status of my contract and now I have no way to pay my bills, my medical expenses, and feed my family. I would recommend anybody who chooses to work with them to be very very careful and to not trust them until you actually start your new position. The worst part of all is after they did this to me they literally ghosted me and I haven't received a call or email single person to rectify the situation. They literally move on to the next person without any consideration towards the consequences they have caused for other people who have vested time and trust into their organization. Beware
