      Fantastic training materials (Joshua White is terrific) Solid flow of clients Ability to take time off as needed Flexible scheduling

      Cons

      Tutors are compensated (initially) at 20% of the amount charged to families. This is not fair to the families or the tutors. Other companies in the area start tutors at upwards of 30% (and charge similar rates to parents). Oversight is excessive (entering notes after every session can get tedious). Sessions are frequently cancelled at the last minute, and we are only compensated for half an hour of work (yet Summit charges the family five times as much). Some of the Program Directors are unprofessional No system in place for communicating with other tutors.
