Pros

Ethical and good people to work with and for. Good camaraderie and pleasant, non-stressful work environment.

Cons

Support staff paid below average and talent is overwhelmingly weak compared to similar organizations. Under invested in technology and infrastructure

Pros

Good company to work for. CEO is a lovely and very knowledgeable. tech guy is good, helps you when needed. Some reps are very nice and good people.

Cons

Sales people have limited knowledge. More focused on sales then how to financial plan properly. Financial planning area needs work to make it a good one. HR is useless.

Pros

Nothing at all, advisors have a different agenda then doing what’s your best interest. The collect assets and peddle whole life. Bunch of mass mutual agents hidding behind the summit brand . Sad

Cons

Run by greedy people and private equity. Stay away
