Great remote work but toxic management culture

Working from home is great, and the benefits are adequate.

Cons

The person who said high school clique behavior of management was correct. They will break the handbook they give you to fire you if they don't like the cut of your jib at any point. Management will be silent with overachievement and never tell you if you are doing something wrong. Communication is lacking and based on personal material sentiment. This place with chew you up and spit you out. Do not work here.

Gutted company that probably won’t be around much longer

Prior CEO was fired so they brought someone in to gut the company and run on the bare minimum with an ever aging product line. Nothing they offer can’t be had from the major cloud providers for cheaper and newer features. I don’t see this company existing in 5 years.
