Pros
There are none. The people are the only part that keeps you motivated. That is the hourly employees they bond with you when you treat them the way they should.
Cons
There is zero work life balance. You have no clue from day to day whether or not you will be working 8 hour days 10 hour days or 5 days a week or 6 days a week. If you are at line leader level and above you should expect to work an additional 2-4 hours after your shift ends. There is a lot of back stabbing and unfaithful people in the management staff all the way up the ladder. If you like to drink become part of the management staff the higher higher ups will take you out and get you trashed on the companies dime, but will then turn around and tell you there are no raises. I have witnessed several members of the higher higher ups take individuals out and spend hundreds of dollars on the companies dime. Your responsibility though as a member in the facility is to make the company money to support this habit. I have watch numerous colleges quite because of the way they are treated. The higher higher ups will cuss at you belittle you and treat you like trash in front of everyone to include the hourly staff on the production floor. There is zero professionalism from these people. I have never been more disrespected and treated like nothing then the way I have working for this company.
