      Pros

      Have met a lot of great people that are passionate about continuing to build and grow the firm! Monthly poker nights have been a fun way to connect with people.

      Cons

      It's a smaller firm that's still growing - so people that don't like taking a lot of ownership and don't enjoy a "startup environment" may struggle

      no helpfull leadership, toxic culture, (\a little bit of a boy club (as expected in finance)
