You can't make an omelette without breaking some eggs
Pros
Sun has been going through a period of change for some time now, but is now coming out of it stronger and more focused that it was before. Previous management focused on bringing in disparate teams, making many bets and hoping some would pay off, without taking into account the impact that the ensuing resource drain would have on the existing business. Some of those strategies paid off and are now successful, but many were not. It is no surprise, then, that non-performing traders have been let go. Indeed it is testament to the new leadership that they are making these difficult decisions, rather than continuing to invest to save face. So when you see ex-employees who are posting negative reviews on here, hopefully you get the context within which they are writing those reviews. Don't join Sun if you can't deliver on your revenue promises. If you can, join a professional, intelligent, hardworking, fun team and have a great time making money for yourself and your colleagues.
Cons
If you can't deliver, you will be found out. There are still a few legacy underperformers around but they are slowly being removed either directly or through attrition.
