Pros

Interesting industry (Listen... not the company, the industry) that promotes clean energy.... Nice building. Nice cars in the office. Good restaurants to have lunch in Mooresville.

Cons

This is my worst work experience. Been a Senior Manager for more than 15 years and I've never been treated like trash just because I have a different opinion than the Owner (Kenny). This company runs on FEAR. Everyone is scared of the owner and feel sorry for all the VP's. When he's in the office, everyone stays on their cubicles, praying that he doesnt come to see them. If he goes to your cubicle/office, get ready to hear him screaming at you for absolutely no reasons. There's no company culture, no ethics, no family/work balance. Once you divide your paycheck on the amount of hours you're working, you'll find out that you're getting paid way less than a freshman out of college. Please, read and think before applying to a job opportunity. Make an educated decision... If you get a call, tell them you're not interestes. Listen our advise!!! If not, you'll be miserable, and very possible, JOBLESS within a year or so.

Pros

The only "pro" I can recall - the building is very nice

Cons

Revolving door as far as employees, if the reader is thinking about a job in the accounting segment of this company be WARNED - there has not been an accounting person in ANY capacity that has lasted more than a year, I realized what a mistake I had made after only a week, started looking for another job after one week.

Pros

Nice building, convenient, interesting industry, never boring.

Cons

Management is run by a man and his wife who are not US citizens. They do not think they have to abide by US labor laws. People are put on salary and then required to work 80+ hours per week. There is no home life for employees. You are told you will make a good salary, but you really make about $2.00 per hour! The place has a swinging door - they hire and fire so many people it makes your head spin.
