This place is a joke. Like the other reviewer said 0 diversity. If you are not Chinese applying to them is a waste of time. Management is disorganized and incompetent, with poor communication skills and keeps employees in the dark. It seems like they were hired just to play political games. They try to use their Chinese business methods in America, which is going to get them in trouble. The most important job skill is sucking up to your superiors, a very Chinese style. Going to work everyday felt like a joke.

-Too many to list. Lack of leadership by upper management. -Like others have mentioned, this place is a joke, and not a funny one. -If you are not Chinese speaking, do not even bother apply. -Everything is a mystery. No all hands meetings ever. -Management does not want to take ownership of anything. -English is the minority language. -Meetings are conducted in Englinese, which is chinese sprinkled with english -You need to punch in your time even if you are salaried. -Most employees are frightened when you speak to them in English, they look at their shoes. -Employees do not know how to clean up after themselves, leading to unsanitary work environments. Bathrooms have signs to remind employees to flush. The only issue is that the signs are in english, so instructions are not followed. I’ll leave the rest to your imagination.
